    * Signs financing term sheet for up to $130 million 
    * Financing agreement will mature on March 31, 2022 
    * Financing has been concluded with ABN AMRO, Danske Bank, DVB and ING 
    * Says has in Q4 raised up to $160 million in debt financing 
    * Unutilized loan facilities and cash amount to $147 million, excluding new term sheet for 
financing
